Laura and Mark were married at Crook Hall in Durham. This is a venue I'd heard so much about and wasn't disappointed when I arrived to shoot my first Crook Hall Wedding. A warm sticky day, we were able to take full advantage of the stunning gardens that surround the hall. Jesmond Dene is a green oasis set on the edge of Newcastle City Centre. And at the top end of the Dene is Jesmond Dene House. A stunning hotel which is also a wonderful wedding venue. And this was where I shot Mel and Matt's small intimate wedding. With only 25 guests surrounding them, this was the smallest wedding of the year for me. And it's certainly the smallest one I've shot at Jesmond Dene House. So this was a bit of a departure from what I have been used to here.
A Woodhill Hall wedding is always a fun day. It's one of those venues that never sits still.. Over the years I've seen it evolve into the stunning venue it is now.
